Internal Laser-Assisted Lipoplasty or ILAL

This technology utilizes a relatively small-diameter laser fiber in producing laser energy unto the fatty tissues of the skin opening. It works underphototherma and photomechanical effects which causes damage to the cells through vaporization and coagulation because of localized heating as well as rapid thermal expansion.There are three stages of ILAL process.
